The promise.
If we don't deliver your site by the day we promised in writing, you owe us nothing. Full refund. No 'pro-rata' games. No 'we'll knock 20% off.' Zero.
Who's eligible.
Any client on any Vaada plan (Starter, Growth, AI-Powered). The deadline is documented in your kickoff doc on Day 1. That document is the contract.
What counts as a 'miss'.
The site is not live, on its production domain, with SSL active, by 11:59 PM IST on the deadline date.
What does NOT count as a miss.
Client delays. If we're waiting on your content, your approvals, your domain transfer, or your payment, the clock pauses. We log every pause in writing on WhatsApp so there's no confusion later.
Refund timeline.
Within 7 working days of the missed deadline, we wire the full amount back to the account you paid from. Plus a free 1-page apology landing page if you still want one.
Edge cases.
Force majeure (server outages on AWS/Vercel, government shutdowns, acts of god) extends the deadline by the duration of the outage. We'll show you the status page.
